How DSCR Loans Work

DSCR loans are Non-QM products that qualify based entirely on the property's rental income divided by its monthly debt obligation (PITIA). A DSCR of 1.25 means the rent is 125% of the payment — lenders love that. The beauty is simplicity: no personal income docs, no DTI calculations, and you can close in an LLC.
